1. What is Personalize & Mail Service?
Personalize & Mail Service is sending real paper postcard with your personal message via postal service.
You can choose your handwritten font and color, language, compose your message as much the same as you write on paper postcard.
Then we will print your message attach postal stamp and mail it to your desired destination.
2. For whom is this service intended for?
- particularly for the business people on the go
- people who wants to have fun
- people who have been in the Philippines but forgot to send postcards
- people who do not have time to look for postcards in stores or have difficulty going to the post office.
- people who want to pretend that they've been here in the Philippines
3. Can I use different languages when composing my messages in the Personalize & Mail Service?
Yes. You can use Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Japanese and Korean. However, if you want to be able to "preview"
the Postcard on these languages you need to have installed the appropriate fonts.
4. How are the postcards shipped?
The postcards is shipped through the registered postal mail.
5. How long will the delivery take?
It depends on your location. For majority of the destinations, allow two to three weeks for delivery.
6. What is the cost of shipment?
The shipment cost within Philippine territory is FREE NATIONWIDE! Just pay the actual postcard
amount and delivery is on us without any cost to you. Worldwide shipment cost depends from your destination and if you look
in our shopping basket our system automatically shows you the appropriate amount.
7. Can I have postcards shipped to different
name and address than the one shown on my credit
card monthly statement?
Yes, personalized postcards can be delivered
to any name & address you wish to send. However,
for security reasons of the seller and buyer
all blank postcards purchases done via online
payment system are only delivered to the name
and address shown on your monthly statement bill
of your credit company or debit card.
8. How can we pay?
You can use online payment system using following
credit cards or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Switch / Maestro, Visa Delta
/ Visa Electron, Solo. If you are a Paypal account
holder you can also use Paypal payment services.
       
9. How safe is your payment?
We are affiliated only to trusted online payment systems.
10. Do you have
discounts on volume or bulk orders?
Yes, we do have discounts on volume or bulk orders on blank postcards. We offer 50% discount from publish price for orders
1000 pcs and above for international orders and 50% discount plus free shipping for orders 1000 pcs and above for purchases
within Philippines.
11. Where can I see my appropriate discount
on volume or bulk purchases of postcards?
You can look into the shopping basket and as soon as you reach the required volume of postcards, our system will automatically
show you the appropriate discount.
12. Is there any minimum quantity purchase
of postcards in order to check out?
No, there is no minimum purchase for personalize postcards. However there is minimum of 10 pcs for blank assorted postcards
in order to check out.
